The National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program (NEDCTP) is a component of TSAÂs Office of Law Enforcement/Federal Air Marshal Service and is a cooperative partnership with participating airports and mass transit systems. TSA provides and trains the canines as well as in-depth training for the handlers. Following training, TSA requests that the course participants complete a course feedback form, which TSA uses to improve and adjust the course curriculum and develop best practices.
