Abstract: This rule implements the provisions of P.L. 107-171 (the Farm Bill) that gives USDA the authority to promulgate regulations for the operation and administration of the SFMNP. This collection will establish eligibility, monitor, and assure program administration in accordance with statutory and Agency regulations.
