Short Statement: The changes in burden resulted by the number of Damage Assessment Report received which vary from year-to-year based on the type of disaster and funding that are linked to counties having been declared a disaster area. Changes will continue to occur as a result of the number of Secretarial natural disaster request received which themselves could result in an adjustment upward or downward of respondents.
