Abstract: USDOC/ITA/Market Access and Compliance/Trade Compliance Center has contracted with Charney Research to host focus group interviews to gather strategic feedback from core and target TCC customers. Customer service improvements or other trade compliance initiatives for exporters might result from collecting this data. Forty customers and exporting businesses will participate in this project.
