Short Statement: The decrease in survey burden time from 2,492 current inventory hours to 1,096 is a result of a redesign that added a screener question to the questionnaire that eliminated the need for many smaller operators to complete the sales pages. The remaining 306 hour decrease is due to a slightly smaller sample size and reduced amount of time to complete the questionnaire.
