The VISTA Cost-Share Study will analyze the potential for expanding the number of VISTA members supported by cost-share agreements and will attempt to estimate the effects of such expansion on the "sponsoring organizations" where VISTA members serve. The Corporation will use the information to determine how VISTA officials can best arget resources to achieve a planned increase in cost-sharing without sacrificing other program objectives, such as ensuring access to VISTA by the smallest organizations and the poorest communities.
