Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with the following terms of clearance: approved consistent with CDC memos submitted to OMB clarifying the degree to which study results will be generalizable, updating the questionnaire to conform with OMB standards for the collection of information on race and ethnicity, and providing documentation of IRB approval. Upon completion of the study CDC shall provide OMB with a copy of survey results and analysis. CDC is reminded to provide commenters who request additional information in response to a public notice soliciting comment under the Paperwork Reduction Act with the information requested on a timely basis.
