Abstract: The prposed complete revision to 10 CFR 26 requires nuclear power plant licensees and licensees authorized to possess, use or transport Category I material to implement and maintain fitness- for-duty programs to ensure that personnel are not under the influence of any substance or mentally or physicially impaired or fatiqued, to retain records associated with the management of these programs and to provide reports concerning significant events and program performance.
