Abstract: The Corporation will use the AmeriCorps Member Activity Collection Form to collect information on where AmeriCorps members are serving, including the site address and zip code and in what capacity they are serving. This information is not a current Corporation reporting requirement, and is not available in Corporation data systems. This annual information collection will allow the Corporation to assess how community needs are being met on a more comprehensive level and conduct more sophisticated policy analysis.
