Abstract: One of the preferred alternatives in Amendment 6 of the South Atlantic Shrimp Fishery Management Plan proposes that the SEFSC implement a vessel logbook to collect specific tow-by-tow data on fishing effort and location for vessels that are issued a rock or penaeid shrimp vessel permit.
