In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, OMB approves this collection for three years. Should any changes in state law satisfy the requirements under federal law, the agency should submit a change worksheet reflecting a reduction in burden. At the time of submitting the next extension package, the agency should investigate and report on the following: 1) the status of planned improvements to form ST-8, and 2) whether maintaining pesticide records for private applicators is part of "normal business operations." If not, the agency should account for the financial cost of duplicating and maintaing records.
