Abstract: This information collection, in the form of an electronic questionnaire, is intended to gather pertinent information (wear, usage, storage, etc.) about units of body armor that are being tested in support of Attorney General Ashcroft's Body Armor Safety Initiative. This information collection will aid in determining the potential causes of degradation in specific units of body armor.
