The initial certification is used to ensure that nonprofit agencies serving people who have severe disabilities that would like to participate in the JWOD Program meet the Program's requirements and to ensure that the Committee has the data necessary to measure progress in meeting the goals laid out in its strategic plan for Fiscal Years 2005-2007.
