(1) This approval extends a generic clear- ance and does not, by itself, approve any specific survey, samp- ling plan, or questionnaire design, which requires separate sub- missions, as detailed below. (2) FTC will submit e-mails to the OIRA desk officer of plans to conduct individual surveys under this generic clearance, including the specifics of population sampled from, sample size, any remuneration, and draft survey questionnaire. (3) July 30, 2005 and every July 30 thereafter, FTC shall provide OIRA with a summary of the survey activities conducted under this clearance, including the subjects of the surveys, brief descriptions of the survey methods, number of res- pondents, practices for any remuneration paid, and the brief res- ults of each survey. If there were no surveys under this generic clearance during a particular period, FTC shall so state.
