During the year, FNS will ensure the field offices track and report completion rates for items 14c, 15b, 16, and 17b on the Form 252. Upomn resubmission, FNS will report to OMB on those completion rates. If unsatisfactory, OMB reserves the right to have FNS 1) survey field offices and/or retailers on their reasons for not completing those questions and 2) further clarify the form and/or instructions to acheive higher completion rates.
