Abstract: APHIS is amending the Phytophthora ramorum quarantine regs (7 CFR 301.92) to list additional hosts of P. ramorum as a subject to the regs. APHIS is also amending the regs to establish restrictions on the interastate movement of regulated and associated articles of nursery stock from commercial nurseries in nonquarantined counties in California, as well as to restict the interstate movement of associated articles of nursery stock from quarantined areas.
