Abstract: This collection found in 12 CFR 5.34 requires each national bank to file an Annual Report on Operating Subsidiaries. The Annual Report on Operating Subsidiaries advises consumers in the OCC public website of the name, charter number, mailing address, and lines of business for each bank operating subsidiary that does business with consumers and that is not functionally regulated as defined in the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956.
