NCIPC produces a variety of publications about injury prevention for a range of audiences. To ensure that we are gathering information about audience reactions to and uses for these publications, we have developed two brief web-based forms/surveys to be completed after publications is ordered. One form contains questions about demographics and other about how the publication will be used. This will be an important evaluation tool for NCIPC publications and allow us to identify audience needs and any gaps.
