DHS will add the following statement to the end of page 10 of the questionnaire: "Thanks very much for your interest in helping us further by agreeing to participate in a focus group. In order to preserve confidentiality, the names of those who participated will be placed in a pool and selected at random by a computer to represent different regions, user types, and user opinions about FEMA publications."
