OMB has reviewed the proposed information requirements in the NPR issued November 23, 2003. We would like the opportunity to review agency responses to public comment received on the information requirements in the rule before taking final action on the proposed modifications. OMB extends for one year the existing information requiremnts. Adjustments have been made to burden and costs, reflecting the adjusted estimates presented in the 11/28/03 PRA submission.__We have also adjusted costs to eliminate double counting of burden hours and costs in block 13 and 14.

The Commission is revising its agreement filing and reporting requirements to clarify and update its regulations regarding agreement content, filing of minutes, and submission of data. The Commission is also proposing some wording changes throughout the rule.
