Abstract: Voluntary customer surveys will continue to be used to implement E.O. 12862. The VA will continue to gather the necessary information to determine the kind and quality of services our customers want and their level of satisfaction with existing services. The information will continue to be used to focus the planning and problem solving efforts to customer service issues valued by veterans and their families.
