Approved. DHS is in the process of proposing regulations that will revise the I-9 collection of information. DHS will ensure that revisions to the I-9 form will be made consistent with any changes to corresponding I-9 regulatory changes. If DHS seeks to revise current policy guidance related to this collection, it will be submitted with a revised I-9 information collection request for OMB review. OMB notes that this is the third extension of this information collection, without revision.
