Abstract: This reinstatement of the information collection will provide for the third and final wave of the survey to be completed. It will allow for an analysis of the youth employment rate in the subject areas after three years of operation. The pre-program estimates have already been completed under the previous OMB approval; the extension of this collection will allow for the completion of the post-program comparisons.
