NRC form 560 is used to allow NRC Facility Management and Security Branch personnel to approve public access to the Two White Flint North Auditorium (TWFN). Members of the public who wish to use the TWFN are required to complete NRC form 590, which must be approved prior to use. The forms is required to administrative and security review, of facilitate scheduling, and to determine that there are no anticipated problems with the request prior to utilitization of the facility.
