Abstract: The following agencies, in accordance with Executive Order 12862 and the GPRA, wish an extension in the conduct of customer satisfaction surveys: BJA, BJS, NIJ, OAAG, OJJDP, OJP, ONDCP, OVC NIC, COPS. As agencies will be changing their communications vehicles to mostly electronic formats over the next three years, an increased level of customer satisfaction information is needed to ensure readability, appropriateness of material, formats, notification techniques and information dissemination methods.
