Terms of Clearance: OMB notes that several individuals contacted by RUS complained about the redundancy of information required on the forms associated with this collection. These individuals also complained about electronic accessibility of the forms. OMB notes that RUS is working on revisions to 7 CFR 1780 and is trying to reduce redundancy and develop means for electronic submission of the required information. In conjunction with the next submission of this package, RUS will provide OMB with a status report of actions to eliminate redundancy and allow electronic submission.
