Despite low volume, the agency should also consider allowing respondents to request exemptions (1026B and 1026C), economic hardship determinations (1026D) and good faith determinations (1068 and 1069) through electronic means._The information required on these forms is similar (i.e., producer information) and only differs in terms of the type of request.
