Licensees authorized to process more than 350 grams of uranium 233 or 235 or plutonium must file a DOE/NRC Form 742 semiannual- ly. Licensees authorized to possess 1000 kg of source material are required to submit a foreign origin source material inven- tory on the same form. The proposed rule, "Material Control and Accounting Amendments," will change this to an annual requirement requirement for most licensees.
