Prior to the publication of the final rule (Risk-Informed Categorization and Treatment of Structures, Systems, and Components), NRC must provide to OMB a summary of all comments pertaining to the information collection burden imposed by this rule and any changes made in response to those comments. In addition, when the rule is finalized, NRC must submit to OMB a change worksheet that udpates the burden hours associated with 3150-0011 so that the hours accurately reflect the burden imposed by the final rule.
