A body of legislation requires prime and subcontracting opportunities for small disadvantage firms. Pro-Net resides on the internet and contains profile information on such firms that are interested in Federal procurement opportunities. The system is accessed by procurement officials of state and Federal agencies, large prime contractors and any organization insearch of required goods and services.
