Federal Law (5 U.S.C. 8521 et seq.) provides unemployment insurance protection, to former members of the Armed Forces (ex-servicemembers) and is referred to in abbreviated form as "UCX". The forms in the Handbook are used in connection with the provisions of this benefit assistance.
