Terms of Clearance: The agency is instructed to prepared a detailed accounting of the information collections contained in 22 CFR Part 62 not otherwise covered by another OMB Control number. For any recordkeeping requirements in these regulations, the agency must demonstrate that the information being retained has practical utility to the government and that the government has in fact used this information in the past. For any reporting requirements not in SEVIS, the agency should address plans to make these requirements a part of SEVIS and the timetable for accomplishing this migration.
