Equal Employment Opportunity Plans (EEOPS)-The Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is seeking OMB approval for an "EEOP Short form" and "Certification" form to be forwarded to all approved grantees with the award letter. The EEOP Short Form has been developed to reduce the amount of paperwork needed to prepare EEOP's for those grantees receiving Federal financial assistance over $5000,000, pursuant to 28 CFR 42.304. The certification form has been developed for signature by all awarded grantees that are not required to submit EEOPs to certify that they have an EEOP of file, pursuant to 28 CFR 42.305
