For the 2002-2003 season only, shipments of small quantities of tree run citrus are exempt from grade, size, and assessment requirements of the Florida Citrus marketing order. The Citrus Administrative Committee will collect information on the number of growers shipping their own tree run Florida citrus fruit into interstate commerce during the regulation period and volume of tree run fruit shipped. The information will also enable the committee to evaluate the information and determine grower compliance with the regulations and assist the committe and USDA with oversight and planning.
