Extension without change of a currently approved collection
On June 29, 1999, the Agency promulgated a "Generic Mact" rule initially addressing hazardous air pollutant(HAP) emission source in 4 categories: Polycarbonaes (PC) Production, Acrylic and Modacrylic Fibers (AMF) Production, Acetal Resins (AR) Production and Hydrogen Fluoride (HF) Production. In general, all sources subject to NESHAP standards require initial notifications, performance tests, and periodic reports (semiannual or according to the schedule for Title V).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
