Abstract: The FMCSA requires that States maintain certain information to ensure that drivers of commercial motor vehicles are properly licensed in accordance with all applicable Federal requirements. This revision includes changes made by a Final Rule, titled "Commercial Driver's License Standards Requirements and Penalties Commercial Driver's License Program Improvements and Noncommercial Motor Vehicle Violations."
