This submission seeks approval of a new collection of information for a subsistence Pacific halibut program. The program will consist of registration, an annual harvest survey/ report, and marking of gear used in this fishery, which is intended to allow qualified persons to practice the long-term customary and traditional harvest of Pacific halibut for food in a non-commercial manner.
