Abstract: Vessels participating in Antarctic fisheries must display the vessel's official identification number or international radio call sign in three locations. The information is used for en- forcement purposes. The authority for this requirement comes from the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Management and Conservation Act and the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention Act of 1984.
