Abstract: The Papaya Administrative Committee needs specific information from papaya producers & handlers to develop a marketing policy each year & recommend seasonal quality regulations to determine handler compliance, to levys assessments, and to prepare annual reports. USDA needs information from producers & handlers to select committee members & to conduct referenda.
