Abstract: Public Law 99-396 provides for certain aliens to be exempt from the nonimmigrant visa requirement if seeking entry into and stay on Guam as a visitor under certain conditions. Ths form, the I-760, is the agreement between carrier of the alien and the United States. Application by aliens is made on another form, the I-736.
