Establishing an industry-funded, research, and information program for lamb and lamb products including pelts but excluding wool and wool products, seedstock producers, feeders, and exporters will pay an assessement of one-half cent ($.005) per pound when live lambs are sold. First handlers, primarily packers, would pay an additional 30 cents per head of lamb purchased.
