Abstract: The objective of the debt collection activities is to obtain immediate repayment or arrive at a satisfactory arrangement for future repayment due the Government. Requests for changes in loan terms etc, must be justified. SBA Form 770 is a report for the debtor's income and assets, real and personal which is used to evaluate the financial condition of the individual.
