Abstract: Gather data to help the IRS address the question of whether it should provide alternative non-Social Security Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TINs) to individuals raising religious or conscience-based objections to the use of Social Security Numbers to identify their minor children. We will use three different surveys targeted at three different audiences.
