Terms of Clearance: Currently, the Department is drafting new guidance to comport with OMB's race/ethnicity standards and will submit these to OMB for clearance. The next submission of this package will reflect changes to the race/ethnicity categories, as approved by OMB. In addition, the next submission will discuss the need, identified in the Department's Performance Based Data Management Initiative, to integrate CCD, OSEP, OCR, OESE, and OVAE collections.
