This is a request for Emergency Clearance of revisions to the OP-1 and OP-1(P) forms to accommodate registration by Mexicans to establish U.S.-based property or passenger enterprises pursuant to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) liberalized investment provisions. The FMCSA will make minor editorial changes to reflect the name of the new agency (FMCSA) and display the new OMB Number on all forms under this IC (OP-1, OP-1(P), OP-1(FF), & OP-(MX).
