Abstract: The solicitation of information under the Commerce Opportunities On-Line (COOL) application system is needed to automate the recruitment processes involved in the human resource office eligibility determination, numerical scoring and referral of employment information to management officials. The information solicited under COOL will provide an automated means for applica- tion intake, evaluation, and referral, as a means of significantl reducing recruitment processing times. The COOL application information solicitation will be directed towards applicants for employment in the Department of Commerce.
