Abstract: The collection is needed to estimate the production and consumption of residential fuelwood and posts in individual states. Such collections provide essential data for estimating total timber removals and providing comprehensive assessments of the impact of timber removals on the forest resource to meet local, regional, and national reporting requirements. The respondents are households and logging contractors.
