Abstract: The FDIC's Roster of Dispute Resolution Neutrals is part of its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program. Parties wishing to be considered for inclusion on the roster must submit a completed questionnaire containing biological and demographic data. The information obtained from respondents is used to evaluate the candidate's qualification to serve as neutrals in cases involving ADR.
