Approved consistent with changes and clarification in DOL memo of 1-17-01. BLS is encouraged to add an incentive experiment to this round of the NLSW similar to what has been tried in the NLSY, particularly for the cohort of younger women. If BLS chooses to do so, they shall submit an ICW to OMB for consideration of the experiment. Finally, in future submissions, BLS is instructed to include health and detailed income questions in their response to question 11 in the supporting statement.
