Abstract: This study will examine the usefulness of government training programs to small businesses in the U.S. using a nationwide survey of businesses and a survey of gov't agencies overseeing training programs. They will provide evidence on the effectiveness of training programs for small business and be used to develop recommendations for changes that would be helpful to small business.
